Members will be positioned along the race route to direct or assist swimmers. Escorts will receive a long-sleeve rash guard for their service. \n\n\n\nKayakers will meet\, assemble and be ready to launch from Magic Island’s canoe ramp by 7:30 am. There will be a mandatory meeting at 7:30 where you will be assigned a course position and receive your event shirt. We will launch and paddle to the race course after the meeting. Kayakers will be in their assigned positions by 8:15. Swimmers start the race at Kaimana Beach at 8:30. \n\n\n\nBe prepared! Bring your radio\, life vest\, flotation device to aid swimmers (optional) and provisions for your comfort while sitting on the course. The party will be held mainly in the pavilion in the yard\, but there will be access to the main room upstairs in case of rain or snow. \n\n\n\nPupus and mingling starts at 5 pm.
